嚴(yán)翩翩,博士,特任副教授。主要通過調(diào)控植物病原微生物被膜進(jìn)行病害綠色防控研究,以第一作者在Food Science and Human wellness,LWT-Food Science and technology,Journal of Cereal Science等期刊發(fā)表SCI論文8篇。
主要研究方向:
1. 聚焦食源性致病菌生物被膜調(diào)控機(jī)制與多菌群互作研究
2. 開發(fā)綠色新型殺菌技術(shù),有效抑制植物病原微生物生長(zhǎng),降低交叉污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn),保障農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)后品質(zhì)
